What data we collect

We only collect data you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name
• Role type you are hiring for
• Your message or enquiry

We also collect anonymised, aggregated website traffic data — page views, referrer sources, browser type, and country — using Umami Analytics. This data contains no personal information and uses no cookies.

Why we collect it

• Enquiry handling — to respond to hiring enquiries submitted via our contact form. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Analytics — to understand how our website is used and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interests. No personal data is involved; Umami Analytics is cookieless and GDPR compliant by design.

Who we share your data with

We never sell your data. We use the following processors:

• Railway — website hosting and infrastructure
• Umami Analytics — self-hosted, cookieless analytics (no personal data collected)

Contact form submissions are received by email. We do not use a third-party CRM to store enquiry data unless you enter a recruitment relationship with us, at which point separate candidate data agreements apply.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data from the contact form is retained for as long as it is commercially relevant to our relationship with you — typically no longer than 2 years from the date of your enquiry. You can request deletion at any time.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Our analytics tool (Umami) is cookieless by design. No consent banner is required because no personal data is collected through analytics.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
